| Professor of Biochemistry at the Complutense University of Madrid, the University of Santiago de Compostela and graduate in Business Administration from the IESE Business School in Madrid. He has over 90 publications and patents in the area of biochemistry, antibiotics and molecular biology. He has over 25 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry in ICI-Farma, Antibióticos, Zeltia and PharmaMar. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Antibiotics, Penibérica, Biolys, ICI-Farma, Pescanova, Transfesa, Cooper–Zeltia, ICI-Zeltia and Banco Guipuzcoano. He founded PharmaMar in 1986 and is Chairman of Zeltia and PharmaMar. |

| A graduate in Business Studies from the University of Barcelona, he has over 15 years of financial experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He worked as Financial Controller for Zambon, S.A. and Pharmazam, S.A. in Barcelona, Financial Manager of Zambón Portugal and Financial Controller of the Antibióticos Group (Montedison) in Milan (Italy). He joined PharmaMar in 2000 as Finance Director. After a period as Assistant General Manager and Finance Director, he was appointed General Manager in April 2007. |

| Obtained his degree in Biology at University of Buenos Aires and a Ph.D. in Genetics/Molecular Biology at Iowa State University. This training was followed by postdoctoral work at Washington University School of Medicine with R.G. Roeder elucidating the role of the different human RNA polymerases in mRNA, rRNA and 5s/tRNA transcription. He started his laboratory at Wistar Institute in Philadelphia, working on adenovirus transcription regulation and teaching in the Molecular Biology Graduate group at the University of Pennsylvania. In 1992 he did a sabbatical at the Molecular Biology Department of Princeton University. In 1993 he joined Bristol-Myers Squibb in the Oncology group. He worked as Director in the Oncology Discovery group at Lawrenceville, NJ. He initiated and staffed a prostate cancer group and developed novel antiandrogens which are currently in the clinic. In the Sprycel team contributed in chronic myelogenous leukemia and in bone metastasis applied to prostate cancer models, was principal in numerous alliances with academic and commercial institutions, e.g. the Exelixis Group and the IGBMC in Strasbourg. He Joined Pharmamar USA in 2009. Dr. Weinmann has more than 90 publications and several patents. |
