With the aim of encouraging equal employment opportunities for men and women, the Equal Opportunities Plan is one the main objectives of PharmaMar corporate policy. The Law on Equality continues to improve the current situation of female staff at PharmaMar, that currently make up 58% of the workforce. PharmaMar has expressed in a document the situation, measures and objectives relating to women working at the company so that they may continue to enjoy real equality. Meaning they must be equal both in terms of opportunities and treatment recieved.
 
Permanent Commission on Equality
 
The permanent Equal Opportunities is made up of both the Company and Unions equally. Among this commission’s objectives is to foment informative and awareness raising actions amongst staff and support an analysis of the current situation of equal opportunities for women and the drafting of a Equal Opportunities Plan and its monitoring.
